1. Who you are dealing with
www.minacreations.co.za is operated by Mina Creations (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/291303/07), trading as Mina Creations – House of Print, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa with its place of business at 1224 Paul Street, Moreleta Park, Pretoria, 0044, South Africa. Director: Mignon van Dyk.

We are not currently registered for VAT. Every price we show you is the full price payable — no VAT is charged and none is added at checkout.
2. What we do
We print custom designs onto clothing and other materials. Garments and blank stock are supplied to us by a third-party distributor; printing, finishing and dispatch are done by us. You may also bring in garments you already own for us to print.
3. Quotes and prices
- All prices are in South African Rand.
- A quote generated in our design studio is an estimate based on the design, quantity and print area you selected at that moment. It is not a binding offer until we confirm your order in writing.
- Courier fees shown before dispatch are estimates based on typical garment weights. The real fee is calculated once your parcel is packed and weighed. If it differs materially from the estimate we will contact you before charging anything further.
- Blank stock prices are set by our supplier and can change without notice to us. If the price of your item changes between quote and payment, we will tell you and you may confirm at the new price or cancel at no cost.
4. How an order is made
You create a design and request a quote. We review it, confirm the price, availability and turnaround, and send you a payment request. A contract between us comes into existence only when we have confirmed your order and your payment has cleared. Until then either of us may walk away without liability.
5. Your artwork
- You confirm that you own the artwork you upload, or have the right to have it printed.
- You indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied — including claims of copyright, trade mark or personality-right infringement.
- We may decline any job we consider unlawful, hateful, defamatory or likely to infringe someone else's rights. We do not have to give reasons, and we will refund you in full.
- We keep our own designs, templates, mockups and photographs. Nothing on this site may be reproduced without our permission.
6. Proofs and approval
Where we send you a proof or mockup, you are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, colour choice and placement before approving it. Once you have approved a proof, we print what you approved. Errors you approved are not defects, and are not covered by our refund policy.
Colour on a screen is not colour on fabric. Screens vary and printed colour can shift slightly. We match as closely as the process allows, but small variation is normal and is not a fault.
7. Stock availability
We do not hold most garments in stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will offer you the nearest alternative or a full refund, at your choice.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by PayFast, a licensed South African payment gateway. We never see or store your card details. Production begins once payment has cleared.
9. Delivery and returns
Delivery times, methods and fees are set out in our shipping policy. Your rights if something is wrong with your order are set out in our refund and returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
10. Cancelling an order
- Before we begin production, you may cancel for a full refund.
- Once production has begun, we cannot cancel. Printed items carrying your design cannot be resold, so at that point the cost has already been incurred.
- We may cancel an order at any time before dispatch and refund you in full.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit, lost events or missed deadlines.
We will always tell you our expected turnaround honestly, but we cannot guarantee a date that depends on our supplier or a courier. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before you pay and we will tell you straight whether we can meet it.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please email us first — we would far rather fix it than argue about it. You are also entitled to refer a complaint to the National Consumer Commission.
