Privacy Policy

Mina Creations – House of Print · Effective 7 August 2026

We collect the minimum we need to print your order and get it to you. We do not sell your information to anybody, ever. This policy explains what we hold, why, and what you can make us do about it under the Protection of Personal Information Act.

1. Who is responsible

Mina Creations (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2025/291303/07) is the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our Information Officer can be reached at minacreations.sa@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Contact details — your name, email address and phone number.
Delivery details — the address the parcel must go to.
Order details — what you ordered, the artwork you uploaded and the mockups generated from it.
Payment confirmation — we receive confirmation that payment succeeded and a reference. We never receive or store your card number.

3. Why we hold it

To quote, produce, deliver and account for your order, to talk to you about that order, and to keep the records the Companies Act and the Tax Administration Act oblige us to keep.

4. Who we share it with

Only those who need it to complete your order:

PayFast — to process your payment.
The Courier Guy — your name, address and phone number, to deliver.
Our garment supplier — the item and size only. They are not given your contact details.
Our hosting and email providers — Vercel, Supabase and Resend, who store and transmit the data on our behalf under contract.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

5. Your artwork

Artwork you upload is stored so we can print it and reprint it if something goes wrong. We do not use your artwork for our own marketing or show it to anyone else without asking you first. Ask us to delete it after your order and we will.

6. How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept for five years, as the law requires. Artwork files are kept for twelve months after your order unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

7. Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to keep, and object to how we use it. Email minacreations.sa@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

8. Security

Data is held on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure and only the people running the business can reach it. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the Information Regulator, as POPIA requires.

9. Cookies

The site uses only the storage it needs to keep your design session working while you are using it. We do not run advertising trackers.
